Lauren is a long time Redlands athlete who is nearing the end of her Little A’s career and wanting to give back to her club. Lauren brings to the role of coaching many years of athletics experience and knowledge at Club, Regional and State level. Lauren has enjoyed success at all three levels and was a member of the 2019 LAQ New Zealand Development Tour that competed in two major competition events back in January. Lauren holds expertise in both Long & Triple Jump as well as in Sprint events and is progressing towards her Level 1 accreditation as required under the Athletics Australia Coach Accreditation Framework.
