Making Personal Bests Into Lasting Legacies
Recognition at Redlands Athletics goes beyond trophies and medals. These recognitions serve a vital purpose in building self-worth and motivation. When children see their progress acknowledged, they learn that effort and improvement are valued, not just natural talent. This approach creates an environment where every athlete feels capable of achieving recognition through dedication and personal growth. Each award represents a milestone in personal development, whether it’s a child overcoming their fear to try a new event, a volunteer dedicating years to supporting our community, or an athlete representing our club at state level.

Recognising Growth in Every Form

We believe that when children see diverse achievements being honored, they understand that there are many ways to excel and contribute to our athletic family.
